Shipping Policy

At Haute Globetrot, we work with trusted global partners and artisan producers across multiple countries. Each item ships with care—though delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, availability, and whether the item is made to order.


Delivery Timeframes

Standard Orders:
Most orders are delivered within 7–21 days of purchase.

Made-to-Order Garments:
Sewn within 5–7 business days, then shipped immediately after completion.

Furniture (e.g. chairs):
Requires 2 weeks for production and approximately 10 additional days for delivery.

Rugs:
Ship within 7–14 days, depending on size, weight, and destination.


Multi-Item Orders

To get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels—especially when sourced from different regions or produced on demand.

You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.


Packaging & Sustainability

  • Smaller orders ship in bags to help keep pricing accessible.

  • Larger orders are boxed and include a return-ready pouch to reduce waste and simplify returns.  The gift box is yours to keep.


Shipping to the United States

For U.S. customers:
We’ve adjusted our shipping model to reflect recent changes in international logistics and tariff enforcement.

As of now, complimentary shipping no longer applies to U.S. orders.

However, all U.S. shipping fees now include applicable customs and tariffs—which means your order will be delivered seamlessly, with no unexpected fees upon arrival.

If future changes affect this process, or we receive additional information, we’ll update you immediately.


Fast-Release Inventory Notes

Many of our pieces are sourced in limited batches—sometimes with less than 30 days of availability. To ensure early access, we may publish items using factory or supplier photography prior to final editorial shoots. Custom imagery is added later if restocks occur.

Our priority is always getting rare, beautifully made items into your hands—without delay.
